Laser Printer
Pros: Good for High volume, high quality printing. Allows you
to use the same printer for correspondence, and billing.
Cons: Supplies can be a little more expensive than other options because
Lasers like 8-1/2 x 11 format. Lasers also cannot print
multiple part forms.

Ink Jet Printer
Pros: High quality printing. Allows you to
use the same printer
for correspondence, and billing. Also most ink jet printers
can print in color. Trash Flow forms are all designed to
print in black and white. Ink Jet printers handle different
size forms better than laser.
Cons: Ink jet printers are slow, and
expensive to operate. Inks are water soluble, which can
be a problem when mailing. Ink Jets also cannot print
multiple part forms.

Dot Matrix Printer
Pros: Inexpensive to operate. Can print
multipart forms. Very durable. Most business level printers
will last practically forever.
Cons: Noisy. Print quality is not very good.
Generally not used for correspondence.
