Notes on Emailing
Sadly because of SPAM issues email has serious reliability issues. Because of this
Trash Billing goes through many steps to minimize this problem.
- All emails come from NetComm@TrashBilling.com. We work very
hard with major email handlers to keep this an accepted email address. This
includes staying current with new emailing standards of identification.
- When customers sign up for Email Billing on the website their
email address is tested to insure it will receive the bills.
- TrashBilling email addresses can not be used for mass advertising
reducing the likely hood of a SPAM designation.
Customer Messaging
This feature is not currently available, but will be available soon.
- Customers can go to TrashBilling.com and send the hauler a message.
- This message shows up in Trash Flow, and is automatically attached
to the customer information.
- Trash Flow alerts you that a message has arrived and allows you to respond to it.
- Reply messages are available at TrashBilling.com and emailed to the customer.
- Because messages to the hauler do not go through email, the hauler does not
have to deal with SPAM and the other overhead of an email system.
- Haulers don't even have to have email to use messaging.

The Trash Billing Package consists of the following features.
- The ability to accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
- The ability to accept Direct-Draft sometimes called E-Check or ACH
- Auto-Pay service where your customers allow you to automatically draft
their credit card or bank account. This includes email notification when a draft is made,
and if the payment does not go through
- The ability to have TrashBilling.com charge your customers a handling fee for using
credit cards and direct draft
reducing or eliminating your costs.
- Email Bill your customers either individually or as part of your regular billing process.
- The TrashBilling.com Website
- Allows Customers to make payments on the web. This includes an email receipt
and notification if the payment fails.
- Allows Customers to sign-up for or change Auto-pay information
- Allows customers to see their last 6 months financial history
- Allows Customers to sign up for Email Billing, and change their email address as needed
- Allows the Customer to send messages to the hauler, that are received directly in Trash Flow
and saved on the customer's account. It also allows the hauler to respond directly to these
messages without leaving Trash Flow.
Communication is done through Secure communication via the Internet, so all you need is Trash Flow
and an Internet connection. Funds are in your bank and available for use within 3 business days.
You know right away who hasn't paid. No waiting a month or two to find out you're
not getting your money.
Payments are automatically posted to the proper accounts making the process both
fast and accurate.
