Trash Flow will maintain up to 10 backups, and will automatically get rid of the oldest one when a new one is added. The Trash Flow Off Site Backup Software can make backups at preset times, or on demand. It also provides its own restore process. The Trash Flow Off Site Backup Software can make backups while Trash Flow is in use. A live Internet connection is required, and DSL, Cable or faster is recommended.

This service is available for $120 per year or $10 per month (with automatic payments).

Limitation of Liability:

1. Except as hereinafter provided, Ivy Computer, Inc. (the parent company of Trash Flow) shall not be responsible for any compensatory or consequential damage or attorney fees or court costs or arbitration fees arising out of any use of the Trash Flow backup data service.
2. Ivy Computer, Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, including compensatory or consequential damages arising out of the unauthorized use of the Ivy Computer backup data service.
3. Damages arising out of Ivy Computer, Inc.'s failure to provide backup data service to an authorized user of the Trash Flow backup data service shall be limited to one month service charge.
4. Ivy Computer, Inc. shall not be responsible to ensure, nor guarantee that, any data Ivy Computer, Inc. receives is free from corruption. The user of the Trash Flow backup data service is reminded to periodically check the reliability of backup data by using the appropriate restore command to ensure that data is free from corruption.
5. Any action arising out of the breach of this Agreement shall be brought to trial or subject to an arbitration proceeding to be held in Washington County, Vermont.
6. Vermont law shall govern the construction of all terms of this Agreement.
