It's Easy
Many people are intimidated by bulk mailing, but we make it quick & easy with step-by-step
instructions. You can expect to spend about 15 minutes more preparing your billing, but you will
no longer have to stamp or meter your mail. TRASH FLOW does all the sorting and organizing,
prints out the forms and labels, and reminds you when you need to update addresses under the
U.S. Post Office CASS service (Coding Accuracy Support System).

Pricing
CASS software is already part of your TRASH FLOW system, so there are no additional modules to buy.
CASS services are priced on a per-update basis:
- Setup Charge: FREE
- Address Certification (per update):
- $75.00 (if paid by EFT)
- $90.00 (if paid by invoice)
Address certification is done over the Internet. It is available 24 hours a day and takes about
10 minutes for the average company with a DSL or cable connection (dial-up connections may take longer).
Intelligent Mail Barcoding
The United States Post Office requires all businesses using the CASS bulk mailing system to have
the Intelligent Mail Barcoding (IMB) system no later than May 2011.
The TRASH FLOW update for IMB is currently available.
Haulers will have to register with the USPS as bulk mailers and we'll provide the instructions
on how to do that. Registration with the USPS for this service is FREE.
If you need more information about this new requirement, visit the
USPS web site.
