Statements / Invoices

TRASH FLOW's pre-formatted small invoice/statement is 6-1/2"h x 7"w. When folded on the perforation in the body of the paper, it fits perfectly in our Small Window Envelopes.

Postcards

In TRASH FLOW, you don't have to do any formatting on your own to use postcards for your billing. Each card is perforated in the middle to allow for a return stub, and the perforation is designed not to come apart in the mail.

Electronic Billing Printing

TRASH FLOW will print a custom message about its Trash Billing online services on all invoice/statements and postcards free of charge to those haulers that utilize Trash Billing. Make sure you request Electronic Billing Printing when ordering, and allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery.

Envelopes

These envelopes are for use with the Small Statement/Invoice. The double-window design means that no printing is required on the envelope, and your TRASH FLOW bills have been pre-formatted to match the position of the windows.

These envelopes are for use with the Small Envelopes. Your company's name and address is preprinted on each envelope, making it easier for customers to send you payments, and reducing mistakes from poorly-written addresses.

Work Orders

The Work Order/Dispatch Ticket is a 3-part form. It is 8-1/2"w x 5-1/2"h after removing the tractors.

Coupon Books

A coupon set consists of 13 coupons. One coupon for each month, and a coupon to use as a master coupon. The paper has been selected so that a full set weighs less than 1 ounce, and thus requires only one stamp.

Each coupon is 8-1/2"w (including the tractors) and 3-2/3"h. The book comes with envelopes designed to fit the coupon; we also offer coupons without envelopes for those billing quarterly (5 coupons) or bi-monthly (7 coupons).
