What Kind of Printer Should I Use?

PROS:  Good for high volume, high quality printing. Allows you to use the same printer for correspondence and billing.

CONS:  Supplies can be a little more expensive than other options because an 8-1/2" x 11" format works best with laser printers. In addition, laser printers cannot print multiple-part forms.

PROS:  Inexpensive to operate. Can print multiple part forms. Very durable. Most business-quality dot matrix printers will last practically forever.

CONS:  Noisy. The print quality of dot matrix printers is not very good. Dot matrix printers are not generally used for correspondence.
