It Saves Money

Here are some examples:

• 1000 post cards per month: save $600.00 per year
• 2000 post cards per month: save $1700.00 per year
• 1000 post cards 500 statements per month: save $1100.00 per year
• 2000 post cards 500 statements per month: save $2,250.00 per year

Savings are calculated based on the following:

•  Post office annual fee: $200.00
• Trash flow address certification (per update): $75.00 (if paid by EFT) or $90.00 (if paid by invoice)

The one-time USPS bulk mail permit fee (which eliminates the need to stamp or meter your mail) of $200.00 is not included.

Pricing

CASS software is already part of your Trash Flow system, so there are no additional modules to buy. CASS services are priced on a per-update basis:

• Setup charge: Free
• Address certification (per update):
  • $75.00 (if paid by EFT)
  • $90.00 (if paid by invoice)

Address certification is done over the internet. it is available 24 hours a day and takes about 10 minutes for the average company with a DSL or cable connection (dial-up connections may take longer).

Intelligent Mail Barcoding

Trash Flow fully supports intelligent mail barcoding.

Haulers will have to register with the USPS as bulk mailers and we'll provide the instructions on how to do that. Registration with the USPS for this service is FREE.
